Easter Hat ...Table Setting Favor!

Hello Dear Stamper Friends:
Quite some time a go, I saw this cute Easter Hat idea made from round plastic containers ...

if you liked this photo, click on "Pin It" button:

Last year I put them at each plate as party favors for my Easter table setting...
This year, since I will have different guests,  I decided to re-do them as they were just a hit last year...

They are very simple to make ...
Take any empty round plastic container...I used this one

Cut scallop circles with your "Spellbinders" dies in paper ...
I embossed the brown layers with an embossing folder called "Victoria"
Glue the papers to the top and bottom, place ribbon on the side and make a flower pin to decorate the side
My flower is a combination of silk flowers and a metal "Prima" one ..I added feathers and some string pearls

and fill it with candies...

NOTE: for this project use hot glue gun specially to glue the flower on the side
Here is another view...

Hope you like this "old" idea...and remember to Recycle all your containers...

This is the blog where I saw them for the first time...last year...although I did not find the post...

And do not forget to check my PINTEREST gallery on tips for Easter Table Settings...juts in case you are running of ideas for this coming Sunday... :)

Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to browse...
See you soon...
