but the colors are very appropriate on this very sad day...

Happy Easter!

I painted this cross over the summer ...

I 1st painted the background color in "plum" with acrylic paints...
I trace the contour of the cross on vellum/ tracing paper...
I modify the original design to make it fit onto the shape of the cross with pencil
then, I trace the pattern on the wood surface...

all was painted using acrylic paints "Golden" here are some details

when I finished painting I glued these rhinestones

the cross was made with "tulle"
