In Memoriam of my "Abuelito Juan"


Not a goodbye but a Farewell 
to my "Abuelito" Juan 
(my Grandfather)

a year ago almost exactly within few days 
my Great Grand Uncle left us 
 (here & here)

and now it is the turn to my Grandfather!

With deep sadness for the absence of years of living in different countries and missed so many moments...

but with enormous relief 
I say farewell to my grandfather...

Finally,
 God put and end of these last years of physical pain 
and suffering...


With tears in my heart, 
grasping desperately for memories shared 
to ease the pain...

I have faith that he is in a much better place now, 
surrounded by the ones that have left us already...

Rest in Peace dear "Abuelito"!
until I will see you again!!!!

    Oh sweet friend, I´m sooo sorry for your loss. I can see from the pictures, that he was a wonderful warm and kind man, and I hope, your memories can help you through your sorrow. That and knowing, that he´ll be in a better place now, where he´ll be rejoined with those, he´s been missing too. I´ll keep you in my heart and thoughts these hard days sweet friend.

    Such a beautiful card to remember him by, I am so sorry for your loss, even though we are so happy they are finally free of pain, that ache in our hearts is very strong, that they are no longer on this earth.     Oh I am so sorry to hear of your sad loss of your Grandfather.
    I lost both mine when I was in my teens, so sadly never got to spend such a plentiful of years to keep in my memories, but I do have fond memories of them though.
    It must be even harder when you have shared their lives for a good many years.
    I know when I lost my Dad 2 years ago, there is a big hole left in your heart, but it's filling slowly as the years go by, and new family members are being born.
    So hopefully time will heal your grief.
    Biggest hugs hoping to give you some comfort.

    Bibiana - I am so sorry to read of the passing of your grandfather - my heart cries for your loss and this time of grieving you are going through - I lost my grandparents when I was a teenager - Happy to know that one day you will meet grandfather again - may you find comfort from God during this most difficult time - blessings Gail
