Anniversary Card for your Husband

Hello Dear Stamper Friends:
A quick and simple card for your Husband on your anniversary...
This card can be used for a birthday as well...


Here is a close up of the card,
I used mirror paper for the letters and the birds, and shiny cardstock for the tree and the card itself...


I Loved these new set of dies of letters from Memory Box that were released this spring 2014...called "varsity uppercase alphabet"
and I used the "Inlay" technique and I used as well the Pick-me-up tool to pick up the letters..this tool is a must have!!!...it is used to lift small pieces, see it on the supplies below...

    Very nice card...must put those dies on my wish list! It's funny, you mentioned the Pic-me-up-tool...I had forgotten that I had purchased that on my last trip to my favorite craft shop, (and that was several months ago) I've only used it once...if I had remembered that I had that...It would have made things so much easier for myself...smile. But then it seems like I always do things the hard way...TFS.
