This card can be used as in any occasion; as an anniversary card, or even I thought I could use it for a sympathy card

This card was published in the Spanish blog; "A crear se dijo!" for Memory  Box

Wedding Tag with Petaloo

Hello Dear Friends:

I am back...with something made by me....
sharing with you this wedding tag made with "Petaloo" flowers...

As I mentioned yesterday, several  DIY projects at home and with my acrylic painting have kept me away from my paper craft/ card making blogging...

But here I am for my DT assigment with Petaloo!

I received these gorgeous white and cream flowers and the theme was "wedding" so this tag came to life...

I used a "Graphic 45" large tag, covered it with some designers papers in light colors.
Added some lace around and in the corner ...
placed a small frame from "Melissa Frances" and embellished it with 3 "Petaloo" pics.
I added some more flowers from the collection all around the frame, tucked some tulle, ribbon, rings and pearls and Voilà!

These particular flowers are from the "new" collection called "paintables", which as their name say it they are totally alterable....
in my next project with them I will showcased how to alter them!...

Evening Gown with a Train

Hello Dear Stamper and Crafty Friends:

I have being a little bit absent from "Blogland", your blogs and mine...
because These late days I have suffered a tremendous loss in my life...which I am still trying to process, still to hard to talk about it...

BUT,  Since my blog is mostly dedicated to paper crafts projects...I will not overwhelm you with my personal tribulations...I will simply say that when the moment will come I will share a special post on this heartache that I am living right now...

But, let's talk about The post that I published at the French Blog: "Un brin de Créativité" for Memory Box as part of my DT assignments...

an Evening Gown with a train...

Here are the supplies used...
I first stamped the background with the "Wild Rose" stamp in white "Memento Luxe" ink.
then sprayed the whole with "Shimmer Spray"

I have used once more the "Brea Ornament"
Here are the cards in where I have,  in several occasions, used this die, as a fall flower, a Christmas ornament, a skirt and as a basket for Easter...
so as you can see this die Is a must one to have ....

for this one, I die cut several "Brea ornaments" to make the long train and attached them to the dress form die and note that the bust is made with part of this die, set in diagonal and embellished with pearls and on the waist with some pink ribbon

this card can be used as a birthday,  as an anniversary, a sweet sixteen (a "Quinceañera"), a wedding etc...

here is a view of the long train...with the doilies tucked underneath the dress form and the tulle on the side...
