BOO!
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
hello my dear crafty friends!
as you may know,
This week I was invited to be
a Guest "Blogger" Designer
as part of their HOP
with "Core'dinations" papers and "Xyron" adhesives!
I shared yesterday with you a sneak peek of my project...
well here it is the whole step by step of this cute invitation!
Sit back and relax!
There are lots of photos...
pin it:
To make this card I used "Core'dinations" papers, "Xyron" adhesives and of course an assortment of "Petaloo" flowers
First, I made the shape of the card using my "silhouette" digital cutting electronic machine
Then gathered these supplies
here are the shapes cut and all the supplies used
I embossed the gray boot and sanded it
"Core'dination" papers are great to sand, this way you obtain a double color on your paper
and I used the "buddy dust" to pick up all the dust, great little tool!
For the trims I used The "Xyron" sticker machine.
Insert the border on the top, pull the paper, rub and peel clear paper. The border comes out with adhesive on the back.
Attach the lace to the border, gathering it and making ruffles
The same for the word "Halloween", which is a file from the "silhouette" digital cutting machine
"Petaloo" flowers are great to be colored or altered, in my case I added some glitter on the petals to give them this "sugar" look
I added some pearls on the cream border, place a spider web die from "Memory Box" underneath the flowers and added a mini clothespin
"Petaloo" flowers come as well in lots of colors and here I choose some black ones.
I folded in half the large black daisy flower and place it on the top of the boot
I Chose a clear envelope to display the boot and decorate the top with some more "Petaloo" flowers and a circle doily.
Stamp or write inside the details for your Halloween invitation !
and Voilà! You have a very cute Halloween Witch boot card
Note: Cut the doily in half and adhere each half to each side of the envelope
Insert boot on clear envelope and close envelope with a clothespin
Last view...
And here it is a last photo with both projects featured at the "Petaloo" blog this week for my Guest appearance over there!
Thank you "Petaloo"
for letting me discover your wonderful flowers and trims
and for welcoming my tutorials at your blog!
Thanks for the visit and lovely comments
closes on Nov. 4th
