Hello Dear stamper friends:
I posted this card today at the French blog: "Un brin de créativité" for a cheerful birthday "Joyeux Anniversaire"
at first this card seems very easy to make...but it a has a little trick ...
How to die cut those letters "Joyeux Anniversaire" inside the flowers?
step by step...
1-die cut 3 flowers and glue them on the paper as shown...
2- place the die with the words "Joyeux Anniversaire" on top of the flowers and die cut again.
at first it is a little bit scary because you are die cutting on top of the pretty arrangement that you did previously with the flowers, but no worries, it will come out OK...
NOTE: make sure to use wax paper between the white paper and the die, in order to release the paper easily. Remember you are die cutting at certain spots through 3 layers of paper (the white, the green and the black)
3- when you have this piece die cut place it on top of your base card, mine is white. Notice where the 2 papers meet at the level of the word "Joyeux"
4- die cut only the word "joyeux" in black cardstock and place it on top of your die cut which is at this point in white ...
die cut only the word "Anniversaire" in gold letters and place them on top of the initial word...
5- finish by adding the dress form, the leaves, another flower, the stars and some white pearls and Voilà, you have another small trick on how to place a word cut inside those flowers!!!
Thank you for the visit today

that I have received all through these past week!
