Evening Gown with a Train

Hello Dear Stamper and Crafty Friends:

I have being a little bit absent from "Blogland", your blogs and mine...
because These late days I have suffered a tremendous loss in my life...which I am still trying to process, still to hard to talk about it...

BUT,  Since my blog is mostly dedicated to paper crafts projects...I will not overwhelm you with my personal tribulations...I will simply say that when the moment will come I will share a special post on this heartache that I am living right now...

But, let's talk about The post that I published at the French Blog: "Un brin de Créativité" for Memory Box as part of my DT assignments...

an Evening Gown with a train...

pin it:

Here are the supplies used...
I first stamped the background with the "Wild Rose" stamp in white "Memento Luxe" ink.
then sprayed the whole with "Shimmer Spray"

I have used once more the "Brea Ornament"
Here are the cards in where I have,  in several occasions, used this die, as a fall flower, a Christmas ornament, a skirt and as a basket for Easter...
so as you can see this die Is a must one to have ....

for this one, I die cut several "Brea ornaments" to make the long train and attached them to the dress form die and note that the bust is made with part of this die, set in diagonal and embellished with pearls and on the waist with some pink ribbon

this card can be used as a birthday,  as an anniversary, a sweet sixteen (a "Quinceañera"), a wedding etc...

here is a view of the long train...with the doilies tucked underneath the dress form and the tulle on the side...

  12. Awesome use of this great MB die. I love seeing the different ways you've made such beautiful cards - your eye definitely sees the possibilities. What a gorgeous dress it made, in these special colors and with the pearls and that lattic behind the dress. So sorry to hear that you are having some Life Heartache just now. Pray that God sends the comfort that you need just now, and the strength to face what you must, and get through it to the other side. Big Hugs & know that your blog buddies are thinking of you with compassion. You do what you need at this moment in time.
