Santa Poppy Painter with DecoArt

Hello My dear Painter and Blogger Friends:

Finally I finished this Project ... and Now I can share it with you all!...
I am so happy how it turned out!
He is a "French Santa Painter" how cute he is !!!!....

I discovered the artist who created this "Santa" at an online painting class "Art Play Date" last year...
her name is Lynne Andrews, she is a Folk Art artist and I like very much her style.
If you are interested in painting this, she sells pattern packets at her website: "Lynne Andrews"

and I used of course my favorite acrylic paints: "DecoArt Americana acrylic" paints to give him life!

My husband cut the wood shape for me, I placed a bottom platform for him to rest and I added some extra embellishments of my own...easel with small canvas, wood word "Beauty" and I made a paper bouquet of poppy flowers using stamps and dies from "Heartfelt Creations"...

Even If it took me so long to paint Him... in part because of my tendonitis in my fingers and hands and also because of my DT duties ...I truly enjoyed paint him...and now he is in my studio, where I can see him daily....

I added a wood bar to support him...
