Tulip Crumpled Tissue Paper Technique

hello Dear Stamper Friends:
Have you used the "Crumpled Tissue Paper Technique"
to make a "Faux Wrinkle Background"?

You only need gift wrap tissue paper,
- crimple it into a ball:  the smaller the better...
- open it carefully
- adhere it to a panel with plain glue: leaving as many wrinkles as possible
- sponge some ink over the pics to give dimension
