Doggie waiting in Paradise...with Poppystamps

Hello MY dear Stamper Friends:

I am bringing to you today a soft card made with "Poppystamps" dies, the little sister company of Memory Box...
this card was featured at the French Blog: "Un Brin de Créativité"

I really like the soft colors of this card and how it turn out!

Even though the title is a little sad "Doggie waiting in Paradise"...I did not meant to make a card for a sad moment...the Dog's Die name is "patient put" and when the card was finished I immediately thought on my dear Puppy who left us last November, my dear Laika...and I imagine or rather I would like to think  That this is how she will be waiting for us....

Those weeping branches are the way I imagine a nice garden like a paradise and the music notes are like angels notes...but of course this is just my personal interpretation...
I am sure you will see something else on this card...

I have not talked to much about her departure because I am still (after so many months later) processing her departure...it is hard for me to talk about it :(

TIP: buy silver/clear rhinestones and colored them with your "Copic" markers to match your project. I colored mine, with an orange marker!

As you can see this card can be offered and made for any occasion, a birthday, a welcome pet to the house, a quick hello to a pet lover's friend or it can be as well a sympathy card!

Thanks for all the visits and comments...
Wishing you a happy day...
Until next time!

  1. Hi Bibiana,

This is so beautiful, love the die, would look great with just a verse along with it. Sorry for your loss, my heart is with you. Our pets bring us so much joy and companionship its very hard when its time for them to leave us, its very easy to be told 'just think of the happy times' when you want more of those happy times with them. You are in my prayers and thoughts.

    Love & Hugs

  7. Your card is so beautiful Bibianna! I am sorry for the loss of your pup! I too lost a pup that I will never be able to forget. Her name was Heidi and she was the only dog (Boxer) that I ever knew who did somersaults! I still miss her so much and it has been 3 years. Your post brought tears to my eyes for you! I hope your pain eases soon. I just love that weeping willow die and it is on my wish list. Hugs Lori

  9. Your card is sooo sweet hun, I really love it. Sorry for your loss, we also lost our darling doggy last Oct., so I know how you feel, as they do become a familymember too, so it´s sooo hard, when they have to go. And even we know, it gets better, it doesn´t comfort too much in the moment. Hope it´ll be better for you soon sweet friend. Take care and have a great week-end.
