All this week I have featured cards for Valentine's...so I will end the week with some more valentine's inspiration...with this tree bearing hearts of love!
This card is being featured at the Spanish blog for Memory Box: "A crear se dijo!"
I used a NEW embossing plate from Memory Box: "Bengal detail plate"
I sandwiched the plate with the tan pads and the cuttlebug plates...
TIP: spritz before the paper with water to get a deeper impression
let dry,
then I sanded the paper to reveal more parts of the design...
note: these detail plates are the same as embossing folders...with the addition that they cut the edges for you...the traditional plastic embossing folders only emboss...you have to cut the paper to size...
Fact: did you know that nearly 190 millions cards are exchanged every year for this day?
that this tradition started in Englang?
and that teachers are the ones who receive the most valentine cards?
Thank you my friends for your visit
and I wish you a wonderful week end!
