Feliz Navidad: CAS Christmas card in Spanish

Hello my dear stamper friends:

I posted this card at the Spanish blog for Memory Box : "A crear se dijo!" with a MB die
"Peaceful Feliz Navidad" which means Merry Christmas in Spanish

I wanted to make a CAS (clean and simple) card to mass-produce for this holiday and at the same time I wanted something different....
So I decide to use the color combo that Barbara, from "BJ crafty" used on a card that she CASE'd from me and this is HER card
*(the 1st one:  her colors are more vibrant than mine and the bottom looks more blue, I guess it is the lighting....)* ...

This unusual and unique color combo struck me so much that I asked her what she had used on her card...and  she graciously shared the colors with me...and here they are...

I first sponged on the bottom 2 colors of "Distress Inks from Tim Holtz": "Bundle sage and Iced spruced" then on the middle upper part I used "worn lipstick" and added on top "squeezed lemonade"

I splashed some drops of water to make the spotty background

added some dies in white paper to focus mainly on the background colors...
and that's it!
A quick card to create in large quantities for this holiday season and easy to send on the mail...

Memory Box has this same die in 4 different languages, (English, Spanish, French and German) so you can pick which one to use or use them all if you have friends from all these countries...:)

I entice you to create Christmas cards with unusual color combos to give to your family and friends to surprise them...
