Hello My Dear Stamper Friends!
Today is the big day!..it is my blog's birthday!!
and throught out the week I will be celebrating, I am throwing a BIG party for a whole WEEK!!!
In any birthday celebration it has to be of course a Birthday Card, so I made a special card for my blog's birthday!...Since we are at the end of summer, I decided to make it more Summer like and I choose a "circle step shape card" ...
I Started blogging today a year ago..it came at the right moment when I was ready and when I most need it... God always has perfect timings and knows when it is your time...

I can not believe it ...time went so fast...and the most important thing is that I have encounter YOU, all my readers and now friends..this has been wonderful, wonderful... so many satisfactions for my creative life...Now I see back and I understand so many things in my life and why they presented themselves this way
I do not know for how long I will be blogging more but one thing is for sure and I can say that I am satisfied with what I have offered here up to now...
let's wish for many more years to come! right? and for new friendships and doors opening!!!

Happy 1st birthday to your blog,your card is amazing. My best card was one that the nurses made me using my sons photo ( taken with a instant camera in the special care unit ) as he was a premature baby and had to stay in and I had gone home for the day on my birthday to spend time with his brothers and on my return to the hospital had a very special birthday card from him. He is now a strapping 6ft lad x
ReplyDeleteHappy Blog Birthday to you! Gorgeous pink flowers on your card. When I think of a special card, my mind goes to a canvas that DD made me for Mother's Day actually when she was about 13. She printed out tons of photos on normal paper and cut out parts of them and collaged them all over a 18" square canvas. She wrote a sweet message amidst the photos too. It's on permanent display!

What a superb card you have made to celebrate it. I watched your video and thoroughly enjoyed your tutorial.
The best Birthday card I ever received has got to be the one my husband sends me every year. I know this is strictly not what you were talking about, but he always, and every year finds the most wonderful card with the most wonderful verse to go with such a fabulous card. So you see I'm hard pushed to think of one that is better than all the rest.

Happy Blog-birthday, dear Bibana... may many more come!!! I can't remember what is the best birthday card I've received but when I first started teaching, one of my class made a card for my birthday. I was writing on the board and when I had my back to them, they put the giant red and gold card on my desk and started singing "happy birthday"... That was great... One of my best memory as a teacher!!!! xxx

I received a special card from my little granddaughter in New Zealand when we visited there last. She used a card I had sent as inspiration and made her own version. So special! Happy Birthday. I'm so glad you like to blog because I get so much enjoyment from your blog. The most interesting card I received for my birthday was a homemade one that came from England. My girlfriend is a new stamper and I received my first handmade card from her this year.

ReplyDeleteHappy blogaversary Bibiana. Wow one year. I suppose I shall have to think something up for mine soon. It's amazing how far we come so fast. Best card I ever got was a goat from my aunt. She paid money for a poor family to receive a goat. They had to give the first baby to another poor family but after that all the milk, new goats and all that very useful goat fertiliser was theirs!! I just got a card with a picture of a goat on it but it was the best present I ever had. I have since bought quite a few goats, chickens and even a pig for people for birthdays and weddings. We have so much, it is so nice to give to those less fortunate. Have a great week. Sorry I was a bit late joining the party but as a little gift I can tell you the card is in the post ;-)........
